Description AGS Graffi Coat 1 can be used on all outdoormasonry surfaces where a sacrificial invisible protection (up to 10 years) is required. Graffi Coat 1 is a permeable (allows the surfaces to breathe) and fully reversible water based crystalline micro wax coating suitable for all masonry surfaces and most porous surfaces. Graffi Coat 1 helps prevent penetration of atmospheric pollutants into the substrate and eases subsequent cleaning.
